How do I wear the straps? Do I need a strapless bra?

You will need a strapless or convertible bra that has fabric loops. These bras can be found at stores such as Victoria’s Secret, Target, Torrid and all department stores. Once you’ve found the right bra, just hook the straps through the loops, adjust to fit and off you go…with support and confidence.

How do I get the 10% discount on my order when I purchase 3 pairs of bra straps to earn the Strappys Deal?

Can I attach these straps to a dress or my favorite non-convertible bra?

Of course. Both scenarios just require a little bit of sewing. I take my dresses to my seamstress and she adds fabric loops made from bra strapping material. Just send me an e-mail, I have plenty of the bra strap material I’d be happy to send with your order.
Then to convert my favorite bras, I just cut the straps in the front about two inches up from the cups. Fold the straps over to create a fabric loop. Sew securely and do the same in the back. Some bras don’t even require sewing. If the bra has little ring attachments where the straps attach to the cups (and in back), all you do is clip the circles and the fabric loops are already there.

Will these delicate jewelry straps really give me support?

The jewelry straps that we sell are just that – jewelry for your shoulder. You should only attach them to a good supportive bra for which you do not need a lot of strap support.

How should I wash my fabric straps?

All of our fabric and beaded straps should be hand washed in cool to warm water in a mild soap solution. Allow them to air dry. Do not put your straps through the washing machine and dryer! They are delicate accessories!

How do I buy if I'm in Canada? Do you ship to Canada?

Fortunately we have a fabulous Distributor in Canada at Our Boudoir to Yours. Canadian customers can buy from a Canadian owned company. This way you won't pay tax or duty or expensive shipping rates- saving you money to buy an extra pair of bra straps!

If something is out of stock does that mean it’s gone for good?

No, please e-mail us at sales@strappys.com of your interest in a particular strap and we’ll notify you when we have those straps available.

Do you offer wholesale rates to retailers? Can I sell Strappys at home parties? Can I sell your bra straps along with my jewelry?

Yes, please fill out our wholesale application and we will contact you and send a rate sheet.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns for up to 20 days from purchase. All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. We want you to continue to shop with us.

Why is shipping a flat rate of $5.00? Can you mail it to me cheaper?

We ship Priority Mail flat rate. Priority Mail guarantees 2-3 day shipping. Please e-mail us if you would like to ship it in a different manner. If you need it IMMEDIATELY then Express Mail, overnight is $17.50.
